The Workshop
Tradition, vision and people.
Since 1958, a family tradition.
The story of Calzoleria Carlino begins in a small workshop in Sassuolo, where Giancarlo Corbelli Casolari founded the workshop. Each shoe was the result of experience, attention and love for the craft.
The knowledge was handed down to his nephew Riccardo Cianci, now at the helm of the atelier. The workshop has kept traditional techniques intact, establishing itself over time as a reference for Italian made-to-measure footwear in the world.

What drives us every day.
Every shoe we make is unique. Behind every gesture there is a thought, a choice, an expert hand. Our vision is concrete: to offer the customer an authentic experience, without shortcuts or compromises.
We believe in sustainable luxury, made up of time, attention and direct dialogue with those who choose to rely on us. Every shape is custom-carved, every leather carefully selected, every stitching done by hand.
The hands, the faces, the knowledge.
The value of our shop is people.
Master craftsmen, young apprentices, pattern makers, hemmers: each shoe is the result of teamwork, done with patience, precision and pride.

An art school, every day.
The most experienced masters have always passed on the secrets of the trade to the youngest. In the workshop you learn in the field: you observe, you try, you make mistakes, you improve.
This is the way in which artisan knowledge remains alive. It is a heritage that is not taught only with words, but with example, with time, with presence.
