Some customers know exactly what they want. Others entrust us with the freedom to interpret. Then there are those, rare, that really test you. Konstantin is one of them.
He asked us for a pair of alligator moccasins that spoke of the sea. But not in a generic way: he wanted the color to recall the thousand shades of water seen from a boat, when the sky is reflected and everything changes every minute. A request as precise as it is ambitious. Together with Enrico, we began to do tests: pigments, shades, glazes. We wanted the color to be lively, but elegant. Blue, but not childish. Bright, but not excessive.
The result is what you see in the photo. A vibrant blue that covers the entire alligator leather, including the sole, hand-dyed to create a continuous and immersive effect. A unique piece that left everyone speechless, including us.
This pair is ready to walk on the promenade of Miami Beach, to stand out among the white buildings and palm trees, but also to tell a story of collaboration, vision and mutual respect between customer and shop.
